Terms of Service

1. The service

The website lets you search train schedules, buy electronic tickets, manage bookings and request refunds for Turkmenistan Railways passenger services.

2. Your account

You sign in with your Turkmen mobile phone number and a one-time SMS code. Keep the code secret — railway staff will never ask for it.

You are responsible for actions performed through your account and for keeping your phone number up to date.

3. Tickets and travel

Passenger details must match the identity document used for travel; a ticket is valid only together with that document.

Please check the route, date and passenger details before paying.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in Turkmen manat and include the fees indicated at checkout. Payments are processed by licensed payment providers.

Refunds and exchanges follow the carrier’s rules in force on the day of the request.

5. Acceptable use

It is prohibited to use the service for fraud, to resell tickets at a markup, to make automated mass bookings or to disrupt the operation of the site.

6. Liability

The carrier may change timetables; if a service is cancelled, the carrier’s compensation rules apply.

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by the law of Turkmenistan.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page and applies from the moment of publication.
